Obsession: Swiss Dot Tights

Now that its FINALLY getting a bit chilly (we're talking blazer weather), it's time to think about tights! Tights are especially essential for me. I'm a strictly skirts and dresses girl; I rarely rare pants. Lately, I've been looking for something other then the standard opaque black tights. My go to option? Swiss dot tights, circa Balenciaga Fall 09. If you're like me and can't afford designer tights that would probably get runs in like two seconds, I found some great options.

Ta Da! American Apparel makes some great swiss dot tights, for much MUCH cheaper. Also, Aa tights are pretty durable. I especially like the heart tights. They're sort of a cutesy, kicky version of the swiss dot. I may get both?

Obsession: Givenchy Camera Case.

This is the Givenchy camera case. I know, a camera case? I first saw this little beauty about a month ago, in the Barney's accessories department in New York. The jewels basically hypnotized me and I couldn't not touch it. The leather was so soft, and the jewels were so sparkly and wonderful. So. Perfect. Honestly, I thought it was a little wrist bag, not a camera case. Even if I had known, I would have used it as a wristlet anyways. This spectacular bag also comes with a spectacular price: $3,620. Yikes. Overpriced much? Yes. Sigh . . .

Obsession: Legging Jeans

Legging jeans. I was a little skeptical when it came to the supertight-fitting denim trend, but now I'm officially a convert. My friend Kathryn has these Silence and Noise Pull-On Jeans from Urban Outfitters, and they always looked so cute on her.

So, I decided to go down to the mall to try some on for myself. THEY ARE AMAZING. The denim is superstretch, so they basically suck your legs in. It has a higher rise elastic waistband, so you don't have to deal with the pesky muffin top. Like I said, they're amazing. Also, they're the first pair I've jeans I've ever bought that don't stretch out in like 20 minutes. Don't they make my legs look great? (Sorry for the giant picture)
