Wild Things.

I'm so excited for Where The Wild Things Are. Apparently so is the fashion world. Both Opening Ceremony and Urban Outfitters have collections inspired by the film. Naturally, Opening Ceremony's is cooler, but less wearable and way WAY more expensive. Maybe that's because Spike Jonze was a collaborator on the collection. UO's pieces are still cute though. Let's take a look!

Urban Outfitters

I sort of need this white shirt.

Opening Ceremony

I also need this skirt. Gift it to me, please?

Rodarte Goes Digital

Rodarte is now available to buy online!  Opening Ceremony now carries the luxury brand on their website, but are only putting out a few pieces at a time.  So if you can afford the insanely high price point, head on over and buy me something!

Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony Fall 09

Chloe Sevigny's latest collection for Opening is actually a menswear collection that has a few pieces sized down to fit girls, which features tried and true hipster favorites:  the long oxford shirt worn as a dress over tights.  There are a few extras that I like, like the leopard print cardigan or the leather high waisted shorts, modeled by Chloe herself.  And I like the shoes.  Basically, I'd probably wear anything in this collection;  I really love Chloe Sevigny.  Its a good thing Opening Ceremony now has an online store, right? Right!  Oh, and has anyone else noticed that Lissy Trullie (below, in the leopard cardigan)  seems to be this years musical darling of fashion week?
