If you live in the Houston area and have nothing to do this weekend, never fear! There are a few great things going on that you should come to!
The River Oaks Theatre is showing Amelie tonight and tomorrow night at midnight. If you haven't already seen it, you should come. Its the most adorable film you've ever seen in your entire life. No joke. Also, it's one of my favorites! I'm really excited because I haven't seen it on a big screen. Yay!
On Saturday, Indie Houston is throwing a free show and it's sure to be awesome. The lineup includes a bunch of great local bands, including local favorite, The Ton Tons. The show isn't the only thing thats free. Apparently there will be lots of free beer, for all you cheap alchy's out there. Yes! So come out!
amelie is the best film made, its so nice and romantic and wierd, but i had to watch it on subtitles, and i still loved it,
